DINING POLICY
We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Respectfully, seating is limited to two hours per reservation. Reservations can be made through OpenTable on our website 90 days in advance. Our largest party size is six people maximum.
To ensure the health and well-being of our guests we have installed the highest performance HEPA filters and humidifiers into our HVAC system within the restaurant. The two-way filtration humidifier traps and kills germs with UV light while circulating purified air 24/7 with a extra high level of humidity of over 35% thus making it extremely difficult for contaminants to pass from guest to guest.
For the safety of our guests and for the safety of our staff we have established a dining policy with protocols.
To limit gathering or crowds at the front door we ask that one guest per reservation checks in with the Maitre D.
If you are not feeling well please stay at home and we will gladly re book your reservation. You are more than welcome to order food for take out or reschedule your reservation for a future date.
Bar seating is first come, first serve and available without a reservation.
We schedule all parties for a two hour reservation in order to respect others that want to share the experience.
If you are running late please give us a call. We honor a fifteen minute grace period past your reservation time. After fifteen minutes, your reservation will be moved to our wait list.
Outdoor dining is weather dependent. If we need to cancel outdoor dining, due to inclement weather, we will call the contact number you provided when the reservation was made. Please make sure to inform all guests in your party.
If outdoor dining is canceled you will have the option to take your meal to go for that evening at a scheduled pick up time.
We offer “Take Out” Tuesday through Saturday nights. Please email your complete order and phone number by 4 PM day of to orders@arethusaaltavolo.com. We will call you back to confirm your order has been received and to process payment. During holiday weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day, etc) we only take a limited amount of to go orders due to the volume.
We offer the full dinner menu for “Take Out” including desserts, cocktails, and bottles of wine. Pick up time is 6:00PM Tuesday - Thursday and 5:30PM on Friday & Saturday
